Ophelia provides wearable AI devices, mobile applications, and executive AI services designed to help you organize and manage your daily life.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase products, or subscribe to paid services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ophelia shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
